In the settlement of Ojos Claros (municipality of Remedios) in the Antioquian Northeast, at 11am on Sunday, March 25th, 2007, soldiers of the Calibio Battalion (14th Brigade), headed by Lieutenant Castellanos and Sergeant Palomino, illegally detained two youth, one of whom escaped, and the other, CARLOS MARIO GARCÍA, 21 years old, with ID card number 11,058,351 was unable to.
